TRIFEXTRA: The Floater

This post is in response to Trifecta's Trifextra Weekend Challenge:
This weekend's challenge is to give us a story or snippet of a story which includes, in exactly 33 words, a justified exclamation point.  Make us believe that your exclamation point simply needs to be in your story.

The Floater

Watching it closely while rollicking in the bathtub.
It's rather buoyant.  Moving ever closer.
The baby squeals, taking pride in her handiwork.
Silent screams escape the boy's mouth.
“Mama, the baby pooped!”

    1. Are you kidding me? It is totally easy to clean the tub after one of these! After becoming a mom, I often wonder if I'll ever look at poop the same way again. But it sounds like maybe the same goes for big brother in this story.

    2. Lance, I am not a bug fan of cleaning the tub either.

I know, Patient Mommy, there are lots of things that don't gross me out as much anymore after becoming a mom. ;)

    1. Barbara, my aunt used to have a sign at her pool that said, " Welcome to the OOL. Notice there's no P it. Let's keep it that way!" ;)

    1. Hey! It's my chica! Thanks for dropping by.
It is a rite of passage. Unfortunately, since we made light of Mags little accident the first time, she thought it would be hilarious to do a repeat performance. It became her thing for a little while and got old...very fast. :P
