ON THE HUNT

Our family is currently in the midst of a house search and sell. It's an exciting adventure. Tonight, while looking at a house that just went on the market in the area we're interested in, the following conversation occurred:

Me: "Why do you think the price is so low? Something has to be wrong with it. Maybe the roof needs repair?"
Chris: "It didn't have a ton of pictures on the site. Who knows? Maybe something happened this winter. BUT, did you see it has a pool?"
Me: "Yes. Which makes me wonder MORE why it's such a great price for such a nice house?"
Mags: "Maybe the pool has sharks?"

You never know.
We'll keep an eye out…just in case.

  2. I bet she turns them into guard sharks, and beloved pets!

  3. Kids are funny, but Mags could be totally right! Although, you could always use those sharks to your advantage. Like El Guapo says; guard sharks. No one will mess with your house!

  5. Great idea from Mags! You should’ve checked if there were sharks in the pool. Haha! Kidding aside, there might be other reasons the price is low. It might need renovations or the seller wants to sell the house as soon as possible. How’s your house hunting? I hope you’ll be able to find your new place at a reasonable price. Keep us updated! :)
