Trifecta Weekend Challenge: Curiosity

This post is in response to Trifecta's weekend challenge. They asked us to write 33 words (exactly) using at least one example of onomatopoeia.

“Plop, plop, fizz, fizz...oh what a relief it is.”
Did the jingle ring true? An entire package
lay dormant in Mama’s bathroom.
Into the toilet. It WAS true.
Except for the overflow.

Happy Mother's Day!

  1. Curious kids will always find a way to experiment.

  2. Haha! I remember several childhood experiments in which my curious mind was not rewarded!

  3. Haha! A new trick for unclogging toilets? Good one! :)

  4. Sounds like a kiddie was doing some damage! Funny! I read once that Courtney Cox's dad wrote that jingle.

  5. fantastic work for Mother's Day, indeed!
(probably where the idea for scrubbing bubbles in the bathroom came from in the first place!)

  6. Nice! Happy Mother's Day.

  7. Well, the foundation of Science is curiosity. The end result of your experiment was probably far cooler in your eyes than in the eyes of your Mom. Lol. Science rules! But, Moms rule more. :) Happy Mothers Day, ye Moms of the world!

  8. The next inevitable experiment is Mentos and diet Coke xD

  9. I will not share this with my sons...because they are the curious sort. ;)

this was so cute and creative, I'm still smiling. :)
HOPE YOUR MOTHER'S DAY was amazing Mel.

  10. I drop a comment when I especially enjoy a article on a website or
if I have something to add to the conversation.
It is a result of the sincerness displayed in the post I looked at.
And on this post "Trifecta Weekend Challenge: Curiosity".
I was actually excited enough to post a comment :) I actually do have 2 questions
for you if you tend not to mind. Could it be only me or do some of these comments come across like they are coming
from brain dead individuals? :-P And, if you are posting at
additional online social sites, I would like to follow
everything fresh you have to post. Could you make
a list the complete urls of your communal pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
